Wooden box, stained reddish brown, 35 inches long x 14.5 inches wide x 19 inches high. The box contained the medical and surgical supplies of Dr. Cyrus Sumner, surgeon and accompanied him all through the War of 1812. He took it to Detroit where he served with General Brock. |
