  1. 1004 - Coin

    Metal token, 1" in diameter. One side has the date 1816 and in the centre is surrounded by the words: "SUCCESS TO COMMERCE & PEACE". the other side has a urn in the centre, topped by two angels holding sprigs of laurel leaves over it. Around all this are the words, "SR. ISAAC BROCK THE HERO OF UPPER CANADA". Mrs. R Larmour found the coin in the ground on her property which had originally been the Allan Nixon property.

  4. 131 - Trunk

    Wooden box, stained reddish brown, 35 inches long x 14.5 inches wide x 19 inches high. The box contained the medical and surgical supplies of Dr. Cyrus Sumner, surgeon and accompanied him all through the War of 1812. He took it to Detroit where he served with General Brock.

  6. 2001.10.1 (.1, .2) - Set, Communion

    Round wooden base and lid for holding individual communion glasses. The base has hollowed areas to secure each glass and a metal handle which protrudes through the lid to carry the communion set. Plaque on base reads "Toronto Ont. LePage Individual Communion Cup Co. US Pat Nov 5. 95 Can Pat. Jan. 21. 96 Canada".

  11. 2006.1.1 - Token

    Small aluminium token from Grimsby Beach, 3cm in diameter. The edge of the coin is smooth. Both sides are bordered by small dots. On the front is Printed "Grimsby Beach" in an arc over the top half of the coin, then underneath "is the tip this year". In small letters beneath that is printed "Copyright 1912 by H.H. Wylie". On the back is printed "A tip" and then "For you" in a "u" shaped arc around the bottom half of the coin.

    E.D. Smith Ketchup bottle. Front label (6.3cm x 6.8xm) reads "E.D. Smith's Pure Tomato Ketchup" with logo. Top label has maple leaf logo with "Canada 13 fluid ozs. size" in maple leaf. Reads "E.D. Smith & Sons Limited Made from clean, red-ripened tomatoes, vinegar, salt, sugar and seasoned." With lid.

Label (applied later) on back reads "Pickled Crap Aps 1951" in black ink. Also a sticker on back reads 1920. Bottom as 1938-1940 in black marker. Slip of paper inside jar reads "Smith's Pineapple Marmalade Fancy Quality. 2 lb 1938. Pickled Crabapples 1940."
